Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production and processing.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, location, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Shop Rival Gear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@shoprivalgear.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
